Every time someone says that they love their pharmacist, I reply , “So do I!” Only to realize that we are both talking about Alex at Evergreen!! It’s a mom & pop business, providing that personal attention given by Alex! She is so helpful and makes vaccines available and ouchless! Thank you for this gem of a pharmacy! Lots of the neighborhood agrees with me!! Thank you!

I have used this pharmacy for a good amount of time - years in fact - but I will not be going back. The last time I was there, I was helped by a girl named Alex who was the worst person I have ever dealt with in any retail place. She is rude, condescending, and treated me like I am stupid. There is no reason for anyone to talk to a 79 year old man the way that she did. She shouldn't be helping customers. She needs a back office job where she can't chase customers away.

Extremely helpful and friendly, especially when we had to coordinate with our daughter’s camp pharmacy to have her prescription filled there. I appreciate Alex’s proactivity!

Fabulous service. My mother was using a national chain for her prescriptions and was starting to have trouble keeping track. I was trying to get her into a "pill pack" program, and transitioning was more difficult than doing it myself. When I stopped into Evergreen Pharmacy, Dong told me that he would get it done. No problem, no transition. He coordinated with the old pharmacy and her insurance company and 2 days later delivered her new blister packed meds in a snow storm. He is available to answer questions and make suggestions, and has been so helpful! Excellent customer service --highly recommended

Evergreen Pharmacy in Blue Bell provides outstanding customer service! Got my first vaccine there & I’m now scheduled for my second. Dong could not be more helpful. He promptly answered my email on a Sunday! I’ve sent friends there for their vaccinations and we’ve all had exceptional experiences.
