Pure Point Acupuncture

After experiencing lower back pain and a lot of stiffness on my right piriformis, I decided to give acupuncture a try. I've been having the lower back pain and piriformis stiffness for about a month and I had tried over the counter pain relievers combined with daily stretching, applying heat therapy , massage and chiropractic services. Since none of these were significantly reducing my discomfort, I decided to try acupuncture. It was a great decision. I went for my first session on Monday January 19th, today is Thursday Jan 22, my lower back pain is gone and my right piriformis stiffness is 95% gone also. I’ve been experiencing piriformis and SI joint pain down my left leg stemming from a L4-L5 herniated disc for about two years. Consistent PT, strength training and shots weren’t working and I was told surgery wouldn’t help. I finally decided to try acupuncture and so glad I did . Dr. Alex alleviated the excruciating pain down my left side by more than half in one session. I would not have believed it possible if I didn’t experience it.
