Dr. Mangan is fantastic! He has taken the time necessary to look at the broad context of my fairly rare situation, and listen and work with me to look into all of my options, while maintaining a primary focus on my health, comfort, and well being. I have been very happy with him and all of the services that I have received at Rothman.

He is a great practitioner. It has been 18 months post surgery (spinal fusion), and I feel great. I am so glad I got surgery. I told him I was getting a 2nd opinion prior to surgery. He encouraged me to do so, asked if I wanted him to call the other physician, & he told me he practiced with him. Finally he told me if I preferred the other doctor he understood if I changed over to him. He has no ego, he is great to talk to, and he is a skilled/caring surgeon. I have recommended him to others, and their experiences have been the same.

Dr Mangan was very thorough in explaining MRI and CT scan results and explained my options. Very good bedside manner and caring. I'm still deciding on cervical spine fusion. Thank you.

After several office visits, Dr. Mangan has been extremely thorough in getting all necessary testing, imaging and then thoroughly reviewing with me and explaining my ongoing back and spine issues to prepare me for my needed and upcoming surgery. He took all the time needed to explain clearly and answer all concerns and questions. His demeanor is exactly what you hope your doctor would be helping to make me feel completely comfortable in asking questions and addressing concerns and feeling confident in Dr. Mangan in his abilities as a doctor/surgeon to help put me on a path to recovery and a Return to a better quality of life and walking normal with less pain. I’m happy after much research to find the right doctor and right place to help me and also recommended to Rothman.

Dr. Mangan is an excellent orthopedic doctor. He is very professional and really cares about his patients. He always takes his time to ensure all of my questions are answered. I especially like that through the patient portal, I am able to request and receive additional information regarding my care at Rothman with Dr. Mangan.
