Great care. Staff is so friendly. You would never believe they were seeing me at the end of the day with how friendly and kind they were. I felt like I was listened to and was given answers.
A little wait to get seen but customer service was great id recommend this place to anyone who feels there need can be met fast .
All staff members were friendly and helpful. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online and was taken right back after checking in. The nurse/technician got right to the point with her questions then took my vitals. The doctor came in shortly after. She was very informative and answered all my questions/concerns. X-rays were able to be taken on site. I would definitely return to this location and would highly recommend to others.
Both the nurse ( first person I saw. Please forgive me if I'm not addressing her by the correct title ) and the Doctor were wonderful. Very efficient, informative, kind, and caring. Took the time needed to answer all my questions! 👍
This was one of the most frustrating medical experiences I’ve ever had. I went to Vybe Urgent Care with vomiting, diarrhea, and severe back pain that I repeatedly described as unbearable. My main concern was my back pain, and it was never properly examined. The provider, Kristina Mazur, was extremely dismissive and did not explain what was going on. A COVID/flu test was done and I was told it was positive. I was then asked for a urine sample before my back was even evaluated. I kept explaining how much pain I was in, and it felt like my concerns were brushed off. When I expressed that I was very uncomfortable and in significant pain, she acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. I was told to drink fluids and take Advil. That was essentially the extent of the plan. At one point, I became frust
