Just another one of the many customers that were coming here for years to find out they raised the price for the same procedures and products and didn't notify me until I showed up for my appointment I made 5 months ago. Too bad that dr ditommaso is staying. I guess I'll toss her business cards that I keep in my purse bc I no longer will recommend this place. I paid out of pocket 270 every 5 months, now 400 for the same thing. The office manager needs to be replaced. Basically said not it over and over while being rude as possible. Sorry she's tried of having the same conversation with people that react exactly like I did when I said no and I'm leaving and thanks for wasting my time. I got texted to check in on line multiple times but not notified about the price increase in any way.

Im sadly writing this review because I loved the dermatologist I saw. But I needed a critical prescription refill and they stopped me on due to me not seeing them since 9/2024, but they refilled my prescriptions up till 12/2025 without issue. If they gave me a warning or scheduled me for a follow up prior to canceling my medication, this wouldn’t have been an issue and I gladly wouldve paid the copay and whatever they needed, but they decided to stop me out of the blue. I called numerous times with very little follow up, this was a very frustrating experience. I would avoid going to this office, as they care more about changing their name rather than patient satisfaction.

Dr. DiTommaso is always so kind and understanding . She has been able to keep my Condition under control. She is always receptive to my concerns. It’s always a pleasure. Thank you, doctor

I've hesitated to make a review, but after reading similar accounts, I’m just going to echo the sentiments of many others who have reviewed your La Cantera office. I've been a loyal patient for over 10 years, visiting both your La Cantera and Stone Oak offices. The doctors I've seen—four in total—have always been wonderful, knowledgeable, and have displayed great bedside manner. I have always felt heard and understood by them, and my whole family has been coming here for years. Unfortunately, the office staff demeanor and issues overshadow any of this and it’s not enough to continue being seen here. Love Dr DiTomasso so much but rating this 3 stars because the in-offive wait time is always SO long. This place isn't busy (which I like) but I was there for a solid hour for a 10-min visit.
