We went by 9.45PM, around closure time. But they didn’t hesitate to check on my friend. She had severe lower back pain. Dr.Nicole Lauren really took good care of her. She explained every procedures , injections, tablets. Very calm and polite. Didn’t bother to answer to repeated questions from my friends. Highly recommended. Special mention to the front staff.

Monis from Epic Urgent Care did an amazing job taking care of my kids when they were sick. From the moment we arrived, he was quick, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease as a parent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my kids were comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about his patients. Outstanding Care by Dr. Mustafa Monis Dr. Mustafa Monis is an exceptional physician who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate, and he takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. From the very first visit, I felt respected, comfortable, and confident in his care. Dr. Monis is thorough in his approach, attentive to details, and genuinely committed to his patients’ well-being. His calm demeanor and kindness make a huge difference, especially during stressful situations. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such strong medical expertise with genuine empathy.

First time going to the Urgent Care side. I am also a patient on the Epic Pain side. Loved how quick I was seen. I had so much pain on my right shoulder. I had trigger point injections, and got relief almost immediately. As always, Dr. Mustafa Monis always gives me the best care. Not like other Doctors that don't care to hear about the pain you are in. Dr. Lauren Francis is also an amazing Doctor. I also have to mention the whole staff that works there! Very professional, very nice and no one has an ounce of rudeness in them! They are ready to help in any way! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in pain.❤️
