The good news is that I've had a positive experience with the front desk staff. The only reason I ended up at EMBH is because they were the only ones to call me back when I was looking for a provider. I typed out a rather detailed account of my negative experience with the telehealth system but I figured y'all don't want that level of minutiae. Suffice to say, it sucks and the provider did an insufficient job of trying to reach me after I reached out multiple times for my scheduled appointment. I felt abandoned. I called this morning to reschedule this 10 min check in appt and yep, like others have reported, it's another month out. I am reserving a review of the therapist until I can actually talk to the provider again.

Samantha s nurse didn't do a good job. I called them so many times to call cvs to refill they never called so I had to come in person so they made the call every month. Don't trust them that they would call cvs to refill. U have to go in person to make sure they call in front of you. Very sad

At first things got worse, but now they’ve gotten better. I’m really sorry for leaving a mean review—I was very sensitive back then. I’m trying to be a better person now, and I appreciate you all. My sincere apologies.

I'm not sure how long I've been going here, but I'm pretty sure it's close to 2 years. My first experiences with it were relatively good. I can't remember when I started if I just started with the psychiatrist or a therapist as well, but I'm pretty sure it was both. Regardless, everyone I've seen it at office is great. I will say that my only complaint would be in the time I have been there I've had three therapists. Luckily, I don't mind sharing my problems with a new person. I will say this as well, all three therapists were very positive and all of them aren't the type to take sides we will say. They do point out problems with other areas of my life or people or situations, but they don't place blame. They work on you. They may be agreeable that some situations are bad or good or whatev

They have the same continuous problems and won't handle the issues as shown by the reviews. I was recommended here by my GP almost 2 months ago and since then I've only had one therapy appointment. I ended up going to the mental hospital to get treatment because clearly no one here cares. The hospital set up an appointment for me to have therapy the day after I got out of the hospital, and within 2 hours of being home my therapist canceled and couldn't see me again until AUGUST. Do not go here. Udate: I've had even more trouble and am officially done trying. They scheduled me to see a new therapist and I had one appointment with her.
