English Plaza Pharmacy

I've been using English Plaza Pharmacy for several years. I love it. The employees, pharmacist, are all the best. It has an onsite Post Office and and great line of everything from cleaners to beautiful gifts. Give them a try and see how wonderful it is to be a customer.

Since most of these reviews are old, I think they need a new and honest one. This pharmacy was originally the BEST one in Walker County. Good prices, great staff, and clean store. Now? The teenage girls behind the register are absolutely awful. Staff basically blew me off on the phone when a family member tried to fill my medication and the staff turned them away, saying “you should still have pills”. When I arrive myself to sort out the issue and ask for the pharmacist as instructed, the girl behind the register, while rolling her eyes, turns to the older woman on a computer behind her, saying “hey ____, this woman needs to speak the the ‘pharmacist’”and skulks away while I stress to this woman my issue and actively show her my pill bottle and the broken pills inside. Make sure and get there at least 10m before closing on Saturdays bc they will close early. Had to drive an hour only to not be able to pick up medications. *EDIT* They changed the hours on the door AFTER replying to my post. And, conveniently edited their online and door hours. Again.. AFTER my post and after wasting 2 hours of gas driving there and back :)

I took my mother to be the fitted for compression thigh highs and the staff was very supportive, patient and helpful. We will definitely go back soon

I've been using this pharmacy for several years now and they ALWAYS have my meds and most other pharmacies do not. All of the staff are kind and patient and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. You do have to wait sometimes even when you have called in your refills beforehand. But it's worth the wait! They are just very busy cuz they are a great pharmacy, therefore they have A LOT of customers. Thank you for your wonderful service and for your kindness.
