Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Jasper - AL

Took my little one to get seen and was in and out in no time! The Nurse practitioner Jenny Doss was AMAZING she sat down with me and explained what every medication does and what’s it’s for! She was super sweet to my little one and was super patient and I never felt like like she was rushing me out like in other urgent cares I’ve gone to. The medical assistant was super sweet and amazing too! She was super sweet to my kiddo and they both explained what they were doing such as vitals/ Check up/ test to him so he wouldn’t be scared. Everything was super clean and everyone was super nice my little one really enjoyed going and says he wants to go back to play with the nice lady doctors lol Overall it was a very good experience!

five stars all the way My entire experience was truly excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming, the nurse was both kind and highly professional, and the nurse practitioner was incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable, well cared for, and fully informed throughout my visit. I highly recommend this team they’re outstanding!

I decided to use this office one morning when I was feeling sick. I saw online that you could schedule an appointment so that was very convenient. The receptionist up front was very friendly. I was taken back quickly into triage and the NP came in. She was extremely thorough and listened to what all I was experiencing and was able to get me feeling better. She explained every medication and what worked well and what it wouldn’t mix well with some of my daily medications. I have since used this office with 3 of my 4 children and she has done wonderful with them as well. The entire staff is very friendly, the office is clean, and the wait times in our experience have been very minimal. I 10/10 recommend and will use them from now on for urgent care needs.

Visited the clinic for the first time yesterday. No long wait as I was next in line to be seen. Staff is friendly and made me feel at ease. Jenny Doss, NP is very thorough and listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Highly recommended for any urgent care issue.

Everyone was very kind and attentive. They treated me with respect and listened to my symptoms. I was not rushed and was given excellent care. Next time im sick or my family is sick I will definitely be back.
