My daughter was very.sick! The ladies at the front desk were great! The nurses were very respectful and helpful to make my daughter comfortable. The doctor was wondering with her bedside manner, and started treating my daughter right away. After they got the tests results the doctor said my daughter was very dehydrated and she also was having problems with her bowels. She received two bags of fluids, and some sick stomach meds. Also some meds for her bowels. All the staff, nurses, and my daughter's doctor were all wonderful!! I will be going back if we have anymore sickness. Thank you all for your respect, kindness, and patience during our visit.💖

Great place! Great people! Dr Naden was very helpful with diagnosing my symptoms and telling me everything that contributed to my symptoms. I got there 20 minutes before closing and they still took care of my needs! Thank you to the wonderful staff for treating me so great!

I took my mother to ExperCare this morning because she had been experiencing earache, dizziness, and a slight sore throat. We were both pleasantly surprised that we were seen so quickly! The nurses were so sweet and kind to my mother and she saw the CRNP and he was wonderful! He actually noticed her and listened to her! He also included me, her daughter, in the conversation. He was very confident and knowledgeable and when we left, my mother was already uplifted! She is a positive person so it’s difficult when she is feeling bad. Under negative circumstances, this was a great experience!! Thank you!♥️

This is the best urgent care I've ever used. Check-in was straight forward. I then waited no more than 10 minutes before being shown to an exam room. This area looked like the triage area of an emergency room.... Very impressive. The wait in the exam room was also brief. The doctor who saw me was great. Good bedside manner, explained my condition in a way I could understand, and told me exactly what he was doing as he performed the medical procedure. Oh, yea, all the staff were friendly yet professional. Definitely recommend this facility.

Let me make this clear that this review is not a 1 because of Urgent Care Northwest. It’s in regards to ExperCare! I went to this clinic for years as a primary patient and never had a problem. In fact, I recommended several others to check out Dr Naden and Richard Bates because they are fantastic. They aren’t a “here let’s put a bandaid on it” kind of clinic. They actually want to get to the root of your problems and if they can’t, the will recommend you to the best of the best to ensure you get the right care. Now, after ExperCare took over I had to cancel an appt due to no ride. I have tried calling on and off for a MONTH, always getting sent to a voicemail. They returned my call 1 time out of that entire month. I missed the call but called back immediately. The nurse who talked to me sa
