I had an appt with Medsouth Thursday, Oct 30 2025. I met with Crystal, she asked me to come into her office. She greeted me and introduced herself. She was very nice and courteous. She already had my CPAP unit ready for me. Crystal told me about the machine; the different components and how they worked and how to install them. She was very professional and seemed confident in her knowledge. I appreciate the information she gave me. I felt like I had a good night's sleep using the CPAP for the first time. Thank you. I am treated great and in a most timely manner any time I visit the Jasper location. Crystal took time to explain and instruct me as to how to use the CPAP and especially how to use it through my phone. If I need assistance, I will be calling Crystal for help and I know I will be receiving assistance promptly and professionally.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any of your medical supply needs!!
