Endeavor Health Immediate Care - Niles

Very calm, friendly and cooperative. The doctors, nurses and pther staff members are very nice. I had my prenatal appointments here and now my daughter's pediatrician is here as well. I chose this place wisely. Highly recommended!

Alina and Ashley are amazing assistants — very kind, gentle, and warm-hearted. They made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude!

I received a vaccine yesterday and the nurse who administered it was extremely rough. The needle was pushed in with excessive force and the vaccine injected painfully fast, leaving me in significant discomfort. My wife is a nurse, so I know this is not how it should be done. This was careless and unprofessional, and no patient should be treated this way.i will find out the name of janitor who administered this vaccine and I’ll update this post asap

The doctor is fine but the receptionists are rude. They blame you for 5 min late with a little kiddo while double booking their doctors. Long wait time to check in. No easy way to call or fax. They make it difficult to talk to to the doctor. They force you go through the app that I could not get set up even when I ask front desk for help so now I have no direct way of communicating with the doctor. Billing seems to have extra items tacked on. While we tried this place because our neighbor recommend the doctor, I doubt we will continue care here.

Lab wait is 2 hours . Annette the receptionist is very rude and tries to make you feel like you’re not welcome. She did the same thing 4 months ago thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Surprised she is working a front desk and helping sick people. Tech finished with me within a hour and 15. minutes. So not sure what she’s doing but poor customer service. However the Lab tech is very nice and cheerful and kind. She could use some help.
