I’ve always loved seeing Dr. Gonzalez —She is excellent, patient, and truly cares about her patients. However, the front desk customer service has been disappointing. One of the staff members is consistently rude and seems unhappy to be there. Specifically the non-Hispanic woman not Crystal. This woman's attitude makes the experience uncomfortable, and it feels like she doesn’t want to help or answer questions or think she knows everything. Kindness and politeness goes a long ways. Good customer service is important, and I hope this issue can be addressed so that the office environment matches the quality of care Dr. Gonzalez provides .

Discovered this gem by chance. I needed an adjustment to my regular frames and Brittany was able to help me despite me not being a customer. I had recently filled two pairs of eye glasses 3=months prior but was also looking for some Costa prescription frames. Wish I would have found this place sooner. Not only is the customer service here great, but the selection of frames is amazing! If you’re looking for quality and style look no further. Thank you Brittany I’ll be returning.

Loved this office! My mom had an appointment and it took a while, but they had friendly and sweet environment in general in the wait area and office. Giving time for the patient looking for glasses and the person waiting with them! 10/10 recommended!!

Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The wait time was minimum even when I arrived early to my appointment they did their best to get me in as soon as possible. My eye exam was thorough and did not feel rushed, my options were explained in detail and being a private patient the costs were not exaggerated. I will certainly recommend Dr. Gonzalez to friends and family.

Since 2014, Dr. Diana Gonzalez, and need to mention Krystal, and all her valuable staff have taken care of our eye health, prescribing glasses, eye exams and medications. With her great passion for medicine, she is always updating herself in regards to diseases such as Glaucoma, which we suffer from, and with the use of drops this disease can be controlled.
