Empire Dermatology is STILL negatively impacting my life (over 1+ year later) as they sent me a bill for an office visit. I never saw a doctor because they botched my whole appointment. I was waiting for over an hour in the waiting room AND SAW THE DOCTOR LEAVE and then over an hour in the exam room. I knew once I walked into the exam room that something was wrong because I was there for MOHs surgery and they came in with the wart remover. I then asked if they could do the surgery that I was scheduled for and she said no because the doctor left. Fast forward to now (I got the MOHs surgery done at Housel Dermatology and they are AMAZING - go there instead), they sent me a bill for an office visit insisting that I saw the doctor. Exxcellent aand professional care. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Great.

Scheduled an appointment months in advance and got a call 10 minutes before saying it was canceled. They tried to reschedule for another two months out. Went to another Dermatology office and was seen within the week.

The front desk is very welcoming. The team is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very thorough.i would recommend them over and over.
