“I had a mammogram appointment done early this morning at Emory Hillandale Breast Center, and my experience was extremely positive. From the moment I arrived, the process was well-organized, efficient, and seamless from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional—staff members were professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout my entire visit, everything was handled with care and attention to detail, and I felt comfortable and well-supported. It is clear that Emory Hillandale Breast Center has made significant improvements over the years in both service and patient experience. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Emory Hillandale Breast Center to anyone seeking quality, professional, and compassionate breast care services.

Feb 2026 | Emergency Room Review: Its been years since I've had to visit an ER, but had to take my adult daughter the other night. I was impressed at how technologically advanced the process has become. Check in was a breeze. The texts letting your know your approximate wait time and follow up texts so you can follow your care including bloodwork and tests and results . Being triage with the doctor in the room with the nurse as your vitals are being taken and starting a treatment plan and ordering tests very efficient. Dr. Jennifer Berman was very patient, observative and informative throughout the process, she even came back to the treatment area check on my daughter and gave us updates as to the treatment plan. I can tell she genuinely cares about the patients. Thank you! Her nurse

I had to have an MRI and the staff that helped me were amazing! All 4 of the staff I interacted with were friendly and calming while I was very stressed about the reason for the test. Judy in registration, Necole at the radiology front desk, Amber in MRI, and the MRI tech (I forgot his name) were very professional. They deserve praise.

This was by far the WORST experience I've had in a hospital. I was admitted due to passing out and my hgl being a 4.3, needing an immediate blood transfusion. ED was ok however that quickly changed when I went to my room. I repeatedly told Haritha Challa(my "doctor"), how I was still actively bleeding during and after getting the transfusion, and how it was my main concern seeing how I just had a transfusion in December. I clearly needed some treatment to stop the bleeding so I don't lose my life and instead of attempting to resolve, CHALLA lied said she was going to reach out to more DRs and I never heard or saw her again. Next thing I know im being discharged. STILL ACTIVELY BLEEDING! My bedside "nurse" MARIE was very unpleasant and a liar just like Challa. Upon being discharged no disch

Leyla is the best nurse ever. She is taking GREAT care of me. Very nice, humble and patient. She has a great respectful attitude and that’s something that matters a lot. I couldn’t have chosen a better hospital. Leyla thanks for your hard work. You’re greatly appreciated.
