From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The dental hygienist was wonderful—kind, professional, and attentive. The dentist took great care of me, addressed my issue thoroughly, and made sure I had the appropriate follow-up care arranged. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a new dental provider!

I was referred to Emerson Dental and I will most defiantly refer people to them. Kaitlyn Ashley and Dr Malas are kind and really made me feel at ease with the dental work I have to do. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My son saw Dr. Swee today at Emerson Dental in Bedford, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hygienist, Stacey, was warm, kind, and immediately came over to greet us as soon as we arrived. She was so child-centered and knew exactly how to motivate my son and help him feel safe and comfortable at the dentist. Every single person we interacted with was patient and thoughtful. They do such a wonderful job creating a calm, positive environment for kids. It was truly the best pediatric dental experience we’ve ever had, and we’re so grateful for this team. We’re already looking forward to bringing our daughter here when it’s her turn!
