AFC Urgent Care Bedford

The receptionist is a gem of a person. She was very pleasent. Then I met Dr. Cohen a very nice experienced who gave me a covid and flu test. I had a full blown allergy attack and been 1 week into it before I went in. I filled the perscription and am making improvement. Would like a referal for alergist, but they do not. I think you are better off to see a doctor for these severe issues.

My 88-year-old father was seen at urgent care today, and I was beyond happy with the care he received. The PA, nurse, and receptionist were all kind, professional, and attentive. They treated him with respect and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Truly 10/10 care — we are so grateful!

Making the appointment online was easy, especially filling out the paperwork. Doing that, when not feeling well, at home was more comfortable. The staff were pleasant and efficient. We were able to rule out 3 possible causes. I left with a hopeful plan for recovery.

Very caring and professional staff. Also very thorough. Nicolette really listened to me and took my history into account when she ordered tests. Those tests were informative and led to a good diagnosis. Best urgent care facility I’ve ever used.

Excellent care. Treated me for exactly what I went in for. They are friendly, kind and professional. I felt comfortable speaking with the NP about my presented problem too. He was very compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this urgent care facility.
