CVS Pharmacy

I used to love the pharmacy at Great Road until you installed the self service check in where I have to take another 10 minutes to sign myself in, etc. I’m looking to move my prescriptions to Walgreens where they can sign me in, I pick up and pay and I am gone. You have lost me as a customer.

Always friendly and professional staff. Happy to help with questions on medication. Can be busy with queues. Drive through and delivery options available.

It was a pleasure going to CVS for our vaccinations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.

I stopped by yesterday to check how I can get a flu shot. The counter went to check and said to come back tomorrow between noon and 5 p.m. Coming back the next day; I waited alone for a long time expecting someone at the counter to find out that, first of all, they couldn't help me because it's almost a lunchtime (30 minutes before actual lunch time), and secondly, a need to make an appointment for it. I don't know what was the problem to tell from the beginning that you're not accepting walk-ins. And if you are closing 30 minutes before lunchtime, put a sign so people know you are closed. Our time matters as well.
