Dr Hesby is an amazing orthodontist. He’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. From day one, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout her treatment. What really stands out is how much he goes out of his way to help. You can tell he genuinely wants the best for his patients, and it shows in the level of care he provides. His team is just as great—friendly, professional, and always helpful. The office is well-run, and we’ve never had a bad experience. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who knows his stuff and actually cares, this is the place to go! So grateful for the great experience.

It was such a pleasure working with Dr. Hesby and his team for close to three years. I highly recommend Bedford Orthodontics for all ages. Also, the office is Hawaiian theme, and I enjoyed chilling in the sitting area during my kiddo's appointments. Very Zen and peaceful!

We are officially on kid number 2 for his braces with Bedford Orthodontics! So what sold me to this office was actually Katie D like 4 years ago. When we were first talking to different offices for braces she went above and beyond with customer service. When we went in to have an evaluation done for the first kid she was nice in going over all the paperwork and helping us understand the process, not only for the duration of braces, but also payment options. Years afterwards she has always been great with follow up when needed and responsive. So she got us in the door and Dr. Hesby sold it. He is just such a great doctor to work with. Dr. Hesby and his team are the best! I've had nothing but positive experiences with all 3 of my children. Dr. Hesby works through everything with you and is very tranparent and upfront with cost estimates as well as timelines. My kids have beautiful smiles and that speaks volumes.
