Emergency One Urgent Care and Occupational Health

Friendly staff and good experience. I arrived around 10 am and there was pretty much no one. A few people had come as I was checking out so I think the wait time could be variable (like most urgent cares). They were good with my toddler niece and handled her well. They did three tests and even administered a medicine right there and printed medicine and related information for her mother to see without being asked.

Came as walk-in on New Year's Eve at about 2:30pm to verify that I had COVID (expired home text was positive). First - was happy Urgent Care was open as 2 other ones closer to my home were closed for the holiday. Second - considering the situation, the wait was not that long, and i got out by 4:30pm. The care I received was professional and thorough, and all my questions concerning the virus and quarantining were answered. Thank you, Urgent Care.

This is the second time I have needed to utilize the services of Emergency One Urgent Care. The staff is always very pleasant and professional. I like the ability of securing an appointment online and completing all of the necessary paperwork ahead of the appointment. Once you arrive for the appointment, the wait is not very long. The medical staff is thorough, knowledgeable and they take the time to examine you and to answer questions. Thank you Emergency One for your outstanding staff and for being there for our community!!

Had a positive experience today at the New Windsor urgent Care. Went in for an injury. I was informed they do not provide x-rays, but did prescribe a script so I can receive an x-ray at a place of my choosing. The wait was not long and much better then going to a hospital ER where the wait can be crazy long. The dr was very nice and informative.

I went late on a Friday, to confirm a positive covid test. Although towards the end of their night I got in Ina timely manner (booked online), and seen quickly. Procedures and costs were explained. They updated my information, confirmed diagnosis and discussed treatment options. Recommendations were made on how to deal with the diagnosis. They even took time to discuss what another positive family member should not take due to their current medications, as I asked a question. I did not feel rushed and got the information/treatment I needed.
