Emerge Surgery Center

Customer service is sad. I visited this location on August 29th with my significant other was told to check in at 7:30 am. When we arrived we waited for another half hour but that’s not the worse part……the fact that the male attendant came to the front several times and never acknowledged our presence even after we said good morning r to him. He didn’t bother to say that someone would be with you shortly to help you he just looked at you with a blank stare as if he was on something. Please acknowledge people when they do the same to you. He stood about 5’6 with a reddish beard and short hair if this helps identify your rude rude rude employee. Place was clean and modern

Emerge is a beautiful and professionally owned and run surgery center. My wife and I have been to several surgery centers in the Houston area and San Antonio and what is nice about Emerge is we know it will always be there and won’t shut down. There are many surgery centers that rely on a single doctor. In addition, Emerge surgery center has the following features we loved: - This facility is simply stunning and so clean! My lifetime has been filled with wonderful hospitals and surgery centers, but Emerge stands out at the top of my list. - This location and view are just gorgeous! Finally an upscale facility for San Antonio, the Facility is top of the line, the staff is very compassionate and very caring. I got my surgery with them and I only have amazing things to say about them, I come from Miami Ive seen a few things personally. Do not put your life at risk in getting Plastic Surgery at the wrong place because is cheap, go to a Surgery Center like Emerge in wish you are treated like a queen. I did My face lift and I look amazing and blessed they took care of me.

Every single person I encountered here was amazing. Sylvia, Adam, Tonnie, Dr. Micallef. They were all kind, attentive, and made me feel so cared for and comfortable for my surgery!

It is October 19 and it’s a Saturday morning and we’ve been here since 611 we were supposed to be here according to the message we got at 6:15 surgery to be scheduled at 7:30 but it is now 738 and nobody’s here later all off why do they make this appointment if they don’t keep them but yet if you’re late they cancel you and what not that is very totally unprofessional.
