Takes way too long to get retainer. Never received a call back about my retainer. They often close earlier than whatever the website says.

I had an amazing experience at Elkin Park Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The office is modern, clean, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Dr. The entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan in detail and answered all my questions with patience. The results have been fantastic, and I’m so happy with my new smile. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch dental and orthodontic care!

UPDATE My daughter has been going here 3 yrs. They just stopped taking her insurance and told us if we want to stay a patient it's non money per visit. I have no problem switching places however in the state of PA NO other orthodontist will take her with braces from another office. After 6 months of back and forth with my insurance and talking with other places I finally went in person to Elkins because calling I was getting to much mixed information which caused me to be frustrated. I spoke with Jo and she told me she didn't have a problem continuing my daughter's care. Yes it is an out of pocket expense. Elkins park orthodontist is great place to get you teeth straighten and more.They offer a lot, will work with you and treat you with care. I did braces and I'm so happy I invested in braces. My smile/teeth looks so much better. I'm so happy 😊

Worst experience ever. I have been abandoned. They randomly and abruptly stopped taking my insurance and now my son has had the same set of bands for 3-4 months. These people claim to close at 5PM but I have been calling since 3PM and I have been on hold for more than an hour. They give me no recommendations for other orthodontists. I'm calling them just so they take the braces off my son to break all ties with this company.
