Nurses dont check on their patients often enough. My aunt has a roommate who crapped all over the place it was gross. I had to get the nurse for her. Stunk so bad in there. Also the whole place smelled bad. Just not happy with my visit. Will never go there again. Hopefully my aunt will get out of there real quick.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had to request that my loved one be removed from this facility by the third day of her stay. She was admitted for physical therapy following an injury that required hospitalization, and the goal of a rehabilitation center is to provide quality care that supports recovery as quickly and safely as possible. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. During her stay, I never once met with a doctor or nurse who provided updates on her condition. The majority of the staff appeared irritated and unapproachable when questions were asked or assistance was requested, which is extremely concerning in a healthcare setting. If patient care is truly the priority, the staff clearly need retraining in professionalism, compassion, and communication. It

Residents people whether family or friends have to visit, be seen in order for resident to receive proper care most of the time. If not, the proper care does not seem to be given especially if the resident is not able to speak for themselves when the meds or just don’t. Activities, entertainment when given is great. Most of the staff is friendly most of the time. A serious problem is the front desk/ door or how to enter the building. A lot of times the wait to enter the building could be 40 minutes to a hour just for the staff to acknowledge a visitor is at the door due to no receptionist or wait to communicate with anyone to enter. A call or ringing a button or bell to the facility isn’t answering either during this wait time. Bagging on the door doesn’t get anyone’s attention even wh

No one should send their loved ones to this facility. The city need to investigate here immediately. The conditions of this facility brought me to tears today. I went to visit a loved one and the nurses barely knew how to respond to a medical emergency. Holes were in the sheets they were so thin you could see the mattress underneath. The food looked horrible and the tray they served it in looked like they got it out the garbage. Why was her bed pan sitting on the window seal? Patients were being ignored left to right. I’m just so upset. The pictures that are online looks nothing like this place.

My dad was sent to this place for a short stay due to poor insurance coverage. I came the following morning he was admitted and was disgusted by the entire facility. Once past the lobby the entire first floor smells like old urine. There are brown water stains on the ceiling tiles going towards the residents rooms. My dad was sleeping on dirty sheets in a bed that wasn’t fit for the homeless. The bathroom in his and his roommate “who has been there for I don’t know how long” smelt HORRIBLE ! There was black stuff left on the bathroom floor. A rancid container of water left under the sink collecting leaking gunk from the jerry rigged drain repair. Broken tiles under the sink. Faucet was missing parts and the finish flaking off. They say their janitors clean multiple times a day. That’s bull
