I feel so much better after being here. Brandolen does an amazing job. I wish I lived closer so I could see her more often. I have a terrible time with neck pain and Brandolen fixes it! Friendly, warm atmosphere!
Brandalen and owner, is the most unprofessional person I've seen in customer service. I've booked multiple appointments with her and she cancels last min. I've referred people to her and she has flaked/cancelled last min on them as well. So far I'm aware of 6 appointments flaked on. I don't recommend her as you'll plan having a massage then flake last min. She doesn't even offer a discount for her mistake or any empathy/remorse of the situation. Her schedule management is dismal at best. I recommend going to another massage therapist. I'd give her zero stars if I could.
