Gateway Pharmacy Mandan

All of the people at Gateway Mandan are amazing, but Jenny has gone out of her way multiple times to help us, and I really appreciate her.

A lady that can not listen to what you are saying! a little rude,when I get her I just ask to speak to pharmacist so I don't have to deal with her.

Switched recently to Gateway pharmacy. They found out that I had the wrong insurance card, got it corrected immediately. Very helpful when I have questions. Pleasant to work with. They treat you like a person , not a number like other pharmacies. They do care about you. I enjoy going to my medications because I am always greeted with a smile. Medications are filled in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.

Love the sync program, so you can pick up all your medications together. They also have a medication recycle bin for expired medications or ones you don’t take anymore, save the environment and animals!

Karen was especially helpful in locating my Medicaid info and called me the following day to tell me my script was all ready! I didn’t have to hassle with phone calls or get the run around from the insurance companies waiting for a call back. Karen did all of that for me and I was pleasantly surprised she went above and beyond what I expected a pharmacist to do! Thank you Karen for caring about me in this busy world where no one has time to.
