Thrifty White Pharmacy

Every time I come I have a bad experience. How hard is it to say “hi, how can I help you” or “hi, what’s your first last name and dob?” Why does the same lady insist on just staring and making the customer do all the work? As a customer, it’s rude to just start speaking to an employee without being asked for what they need. Maybe they need to know I am here to pick up a prescription. Maybe I need to tell them my name first. Like why is it so hard for this one lady to ASK and lead the conversation? Why do you stare and make the customer feel dumb and uncomfortable, as if they should know what to say… the old ladies here are grouchy and it sucks. Please do better. If you don’t like customers, don’t work in customer service.

The pharmacists, techs, everyone is always so kind and friendly! They are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. They usually have my prescription ready when I get there and if it’s not ready, they are quick to fill it while I’m there. I’m so glad I switched to them! Thank you all for you do!

Had been using this pharmacy for a while as it is much closer to home than going anywhere else, however they never seem to have my meds and I always have to wait 45 minutes even when I am told they will be done by a certain time. Staff is usually very pleasant except when I complained about this last Tuesday I was greeted with snide and sass versus any kind of reasoning or excuse. Very sad to see this pharmacy start to slide in a negative direction, but it seems I am not the only one e perishing this lack of professionalism and respect.

The staff is very friendly and can answer most questions. Auto-refill program is also nice. My beef with this place is that I have never ONCE been called when my prescription is ready. I have given staff members my phone number to put on my account 4 to 5 times now but they still call my mother or father when my birth control is ready....I am almost 23 years old. I don't need my parents taking my prescription calls!! Fix this for others...I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere.
