Elements Massage

Amanda was amazing! It was my first time ever going to Elements Massage and she asked what my goal was with the massage and I said simply to relax and de-stress…..and she delivered! I thought I would be sore the next day but it’s been 3 days since I got the massage and I don’t feel anything at all. She was understanding, respectful, and very cautious to only do what I was comfortable with. I would 100% recommend her and hope to go back at some point.

Be cautious with membership billing. As a member, I’m supposed to receive the $89 rate per massage (unless booking an elevated therapist). However, I discovered after six visits that when I added a 20% tip, it was being calculated on the non-member price — not the $89 member rate. That adds up to an extra $6.20 per session. When I questioned it, one employee told me I needed to specifically ask for gratuity to be calculated on the member rate, which should not be the customer’s responsibility. Another employee said she wasn’t aware the system worked that way. I did receive a refund after raising the issue, sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls, but there was no clear answer about whether other members would be refunded. I had an excellent visit! They had a last minute opening and Krissy was amazing! She listened to my concerns and requests for my session and really followed through on them. I can't wait to go see her again!

Kathy is th best massage therapist ever!! Also the receptionists are always so friendly and kind.

Pretty pushy on the monthly membership, not cool. Online it says extra $10 for a prenatal massage, confirmed over the phone a week before the appointment..when we got there they said $20 extra.. I corrected them and they did accommodate. Overall a massage was what I wanted & recieved which was pleasant.
