Einstein Pediatrics at Township Line Road

Since my kids were young, they have been attending Einstein Pediatrics, and I must admit that things have changed significantly. It has change entirely and kids friendly.We adore the new colors on the wall but Let's speak about the reading table; My kids were shocked and enjoyed it! We are really grateful that you have this for our kids. They immediately scheduled me after my baby developed a rash. The front desk was excellent, and I arrived on time.

I had a very disappointing experience when calling to schedule an appointment for my children. The person on the phone was extremely rude. Because I didn’t fully understand, they spoke even faster, dismissed me, and then abruptly hung up. It felt very disrespectful. I don’t understand why the system here in the U.S. seems to be getting worse when it comes to basic communication and patient care.

We’ve been going here for almost 7 years now, since I had my daughter. Every time we go the doctors are always very late. We’ve never been late to appointments yet they always are, up to 1h or more. It’s very frustrating. The staff is really nice but they being always late it makes us want to go to another place.

This place getting really bad. To the point we thinking about switching. The doctor are great but the nurses and front desk are the worst and sometimes rude and unprofessional. Had an appointment 8am scheduled in 3 week advance and some how they made me wait over 45 minutes just to be called and said my child appointment was at 9:15am . Also trying to get an appointment take months.

Such a great place I’ve been going there since I gave birth to my daughter. She’s now five years old and that is her primary doctor office where she gets all her check up and other routine done the people there are very sweet and hard-working and take care of their patients whenever I go there for her routine check up or anything. It’s a smooth process and they’re very professional. Thank you all for your hard work
