Billing department is rude and downright unhelpful. They sent me a bill despite having my insurance info, got attitude with me when I gave them info to contact insurance, had to have an insurance rep call them to sort it out, one month later and I'm getting letters from my insurance company saying Einstein is trying to bill them incorrectly. I'm canceling my follow up appointments, I can't do this every time.
