Staff is VERY personable and friendly. But to the finale: I am now stuck with unusable dentures. I had paid in full and now can only use them for aesthetics, can't eat anything more solid than pasta, and definitely wouldn't try that in public. This, after OVER a year of getting the work done. I needed one more re-fit and they were going to start charging me again ($400 almost).

I’ve seen Dr. Webb for the past 8 years. He’s the best dentist I’ve seen. I’ve had many cavities, a root canal, and a damaged front tooth. All of which Dr. Webb has fixed- even correcting years of improper fillings- with humor, excellent care, and beautifully thorough work. He always makes me smile and makes me feel cared for. His work is superb and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth! For years I lived in far south Austin and would make the drive, over an hour in traffic, just for the excellent care and service I find at Dr. Webb’s practice. These are just good people. The whole team deserves praise- Judy is so kind and always remembers sweet details that make you feel truly seen. Thank you, Dr. Webb and team! You’re just the best!

Excellent dentist in Wells Branch. I went to 3 different dentists when my tooth broke vertically. 2 tried to sell me procedures I did not need. Edwin Webb did not. The other two dentists tried to persuade me I needed an implant. I also told each dentist I wanted a payment plan as I did not have dental insurance at the time. The other two I saw needed everything up front and would only refer me to care credit or some other loan-type situation. Edwin Webb accepted my offer of half now half after. I had planned to pay in full anyway, I just wanted to see what the options were. No other dentist was as accommodating, no other dentist talked to me as honestly as Dr Webb did. Plus, his staff is wonderful. I ended up getting an extraction and a bridge, which looks amazing. And I have full confiden

My family has been going to Dr. Webb for over 16 years. No issues ever. Dr. Webb and staff never try to up sell you on procedures you do not need which is why we left our previous dentist. The entire staff is super friendly and appointments start on time. We started using him when we lived in Wells Branch and kept using them when we moved to Round Rock and now Georgetown.

He's diligent about staying current in his field, yet not immediately jumping on the next big "thing". He always carefully discusses any options. Also, I really appreciate he NEVER tries to upsell services. Patient safety and durability of the dental work are his priorities.
