Eden Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Eden Healthcare is a fantastic facility. 5 stars and excellent care. Staff works together and gets things done. Teamwork makes this facility awesome and the residents see how much they care. You can not go wrong with this facility.

My daughter Brandy is in Eden Rehab and I want to thank the staff and nurses for the great care for my daughter who is 50 years old!!! Broke her ankle so bad that rods screws ect had to be put in!!!! My husband had a heart attack in August 2025 and can't take care of her!!!!! I am sick myself with Plurisy Which is like Pneumonia and I hurt so bad in the back where my ribs are!!! Thank you all so much including the owner and Vennie social worker who has been a great help!!! We are having to do appeals every 4 days to keep her there!!! The insurance for folks on disability is not good!!!! Thank you again Eden Rehab for taking care of our daughter Brandy!!!! God Bless all of you and Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas 2025!!!

The staff in this building are so friendly! The residents greet you as you walk down hall, which always makes my day. Thank you Eden for wonderful experiences!

I was a patient there for 3 months for rehab after numerous acute hospital admissions over a 6 month time period. I needed to gain my strength back before going home to hopefully help keep me from another hospital admission so soon after being discharged. Being a former nurse and having worked in long term care I was pleasantly surprised at how it wasn't your stereotypical nursing home. It was super clean and without the smell of urine, feces and death that can hit you in the face when you walk through the doors at some facilities. Not this one. The staff dressed professionally and were knowledgeable in their jobs. They were friendly, and accommodating. They took exceptional care of me going above and beyond what was expected. My mom was recently there getting PT for hip fracture the PT and activity was awesome my mom did more in 9 days there than she did 2 yrs being home everyone was nice treated us like family from the office to floor Vet,Lyn,Moses,mother daughter nurses that's Jst a few even agency workers best PT in Rockingham County I really miss their support thanks for all y'all do Teressa Sutton (Lucinda Lyons)
