Carolina QuickCare - Eden Urgent Care

Was recommended here by family. Probably due to the winter storm but there was only virtual visits in office. After waiting an hour and half we chose to leave with my two year old and take him somewhere else that had in person providers that could treat his croup properly. The front desk staff were helpful and were doing the best they could under the circumstances of incoming winter storm.

Carolina Quick Care is a fantastic facility. I've been there several times, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is consistently kind, helpful, and efficient. They genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Severely understaffed. Nurses not Customer service trained. I was checked in on the app before a walk in came in and they helped the walk in first. Waited longer than a hour then were confused when I asked what the hold up was. She said they were packed but when I checked there was two people in the queue to be seen. Truly frustrating place with really easy to fix problems, just a lack of expertise to do it. BUT!!! The nurse practitioner that I had was very informative and quick with her diagnosis. Great Bedside manner. The good outweighed the bad but expect LONG waiting times

A one star is being very generous. The young lady who took us to the room was kind. I stepped out because my granddaughter needed to use the restroom and I asked for a specimen cup and the other RUDE girl just sitting at her computer acted as if I had asked for a bar of gold. I asked for the cup and she just looked at me and said "I don't know what she's being seen for.....I explained and she continued to just look at me as if she was confused as to what a specimen cup was for. We ended up just walking out and not even seeing the doctor. We have never needed to use an urgent care service before as our usual pcp office is very accommodating but we felt that her sx needed to be assessed quickly and the office appointment was 5 hours later. We had a wonderful first time experience here! Thank God QuickCare was open and let us in when no one else would. They got my baby the antibiotics he needed just in time for Christmas. They really helped us stay out of the hospital and got us in and out in no time. I can’t praise the doctor enough.
