Family Dental Associates

As much as I don't love going to the dentist, I had a terrible toothache that I dealt with from Thursday until Monday morning. I called the office just before their opening time and explained to them why I was calling. The had me wait "just a minute" and then promptly asked me if I could come right then, and of course I could. They were prompt in getting me back and taking care of me. The staff is always so friendly and professional. Dr Abbey Hawkins thoroughly checked me out and we came up with a plan. I was very thankful for being able to go to the dentist today.

Truly the best dental practice around. Staff is so professional and Dr. Hawkins is a sweetheart! Never experienced any pain or discomfort. Truly made sure I was taken care of throughout routine dental cleanings & small procedures! 💗

🚩🚩🚩BEWARE!!!🚩🚩🚩 My dad has seen Dr. Hawkins for several years. He’s almost 80 years old and didn’t want to switch dentists when Dr. Eggleston retired from that practice. Hawkins has done nothing but make him suffer & after this latest incident, he’ll never be going back. Not only does he experience pain, even during a normal visit, but there have been TWO occasions now where he's had to go to Greensboro to have oral SURGERY when Hawkins couldn't complete her job. He NEVER complains about pain (this man won’t even take a Tylenol) but he was in so much pain during & after his last experience (an abscess), he nearly went to the ER. Hawkins tried painfully and unsuccessfully on 2 different days to remove the tooth but ended up breaking the tooth instead & had to send my dad to an oral surgeon.

Dr. Hawkins was so caring towards my mom. She has needed dental work for a while and this office was so caring and compassionate completing her dental needs. We will be returning for routine dental care. Love this dentist and staff!!! Thank you all!

I love going to Family Dental Associates!! The staff is very professional and always so friendly!! I use to have anxiety going to the dentist but they have helped me get over my anxiety. I actually look forward to my appointments.
