I love the staff here, they all make you feel welcome & are very kind. I see Elsa & she's great! She actually takes the time to listen to her patients & shows actual compassion for them. Danielle, one of the therapists there, is a great person to vent to. She helps you find solutions to your stressors & actually shows concern for her patients. If you ever decide on giving this doctor office a try trust that you'll be in good hands.

I love this place! The nurses are so kind, Nicole at the front desk is so helpful and kind and Dr. Elsa Bucio has been phenomenal. I had seen other doctors in other clinics here in Eden and have not felt heard. Then I came here explained my medical concerns to Dr. Elsa not only did she listen but she help me find solutions. I am healthier because of the help she has provided. Overall, the team here is amazing and I would highly recommend it! Excellent customer service!

I had debris in left eye, scratched cornea. Elsa Bucio attended me and greatly improved my condition. She quickly prescribed antibiotic eye drops after a close eye exam, and called Carolina Eye Assoc for an appointment. I plan to make her my primary care Dr. She is so pleasant and quickly takes care of your needs. Great job!!!!!

UPDATED w same rating, new insights: MEDICAL: My medical provider is a gem. Well-balanced; not hasty in pushing a pill or procedure. Thoughtful in her approach to uncover the root cause of your complaint, rather than mask it. Wonderful demeanor: warm & friendly, great ability to put medical terms in easy to understand language, answers questions fully but is always mindful of your time, her time and the next waiting patient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. LAB: Quest Diagnostics located within for JAHC patients. I'm a tough stick and always dread blood draws. The phlebotomist is calm and even....and could likely get a vein flowing painlessly at 20 paces away, one eye covered and standing on his head ;) He is fabulous.
