Do not believe Misty Doe's review. It is completely false. My mother was at this facility for four years and passed away in November of 2025 due to the complete and utter negligence of the staff not watching her. She had taken multiple falls while at this facility and this final fall finally ended her life. They do not carry devices so they can see when a patient buzzes for a nurse. We would wait over 30 plus minutes after pressing the call button for anyone to show up. More often than not we would have to hunt someone down. The facility is filthy and the rooms are run down and very dirty. We kept clorox wipes and a swiffer there to clean the floors. They lost my mother’s upper and lower dentures and her hearing aides a multitude of times. The care was horrible. It was a complet

This is the rehab you’re looking for. Beautiful, clean, huge rooms, great staffing, sunshine & loving care. Activities are very engaging. Yesterday was manicure day with smiles everywhere! The ladies nails looked so lovely 💅. CNAs carry pagers for when a resident pushes a call light. It’s peaceful without bells alarming. Dining seated like out at a nice restaurant without the trays. They’re served by staff all together. It’s a very Home-Like environment. Safety & Quality of Life is the Priority at this nursing and rehabilitation facility.

My neighbor was placed in the Eddy due to early onset dementia. It was a horrible facility. There was not enough staff to properly take care of the residents. She was not cleaned on a regular basis and there were no services to assist her condition. Watching the commercials on TV is sickening. The facility is nothing like what is being advertised. I withdraw strongly recommend relatives look at other better run facilities for their loved ones.

Terrible, wouldn't recommend to anyone . My husband's grandmother has fallen 3x now and nobody ever shows up to her help light, til much later if at all. She has fractured her hip, her arm, and her thigh falling ...on several different occasions. Please do your loved ones a favor, and find elsewhere to place them.

My uncle was admitted to this establishment, and it was a headache from beginning to end. He had been at Samaritan and had his carotid artery worked on /cleaned out. When he went to Heritage House, behead nurse was checking out his sutures apparently, and open one up, and my uncle bled profusely. Bled profusely. When I got there, it was after the fact. When they had him set up to eat dinner, I saw that the back of his sweater was still all blood. I stayed with him until bedtime and when I went to adjust the pillow for him, I saw that the pillow was all blood too. And this was just a beginning of the fiasco at Heritage House. They're discharge papers were joke as well.
