When my stepfather was admitted yesterday the room they put him in the floors were nasty and there was a cup of urine sitting on the counter next to the sink he stayed all night in the hospital until 11:30am the next day. They never once came and cleaned nor did they remove the mystery bottle of urine that had been sitting there. When we left for the night the night nurse who was nasty attitude towards us said she would call us (never did) we called about 2 and asked if he had been given his night medicine and they were suppose to call us back wich they didn't. We called again at 530am and the nasty nurse said she had to call us back to verify it was us n never called and so we called back again and she said she called the number but it rang and rang and there was no voicemail wich we ha

Went in with severe pain in abdominal area at about 5:30 pm, was triaged within 20 minutes and was told they would need to draw blood to determine if they would need a CT scan. Went back to waiting area and waited about 2 1/2 hrs to have blood drawn and then waited 1 hr more to get blood test results. A CT scan was needed and I waited about 1 hr before I had the scan. I waited again for about 1 hr before I was taken to a room. About 11:30 pm the doctor came in, and gave me the diagnosis and told me I needed to see a specialist ASAP. I was discharged at 12:00 midnight. I was not happy with the wait time, but I realize that it is a small staff trying to deal with a lot of sick and injured people. I found the staff to be very professional and concerned. Please remember they're doing the best

I had outpatient surgery 1-29-26 at ECU Health Beaufort Hosp. From the minute I walked in, I had no wait time, was taken back to a room and prepped for surgery. Leysi was my direct nurse pre and post surg. Anesthesiologist, Dr. Carroll was very informative and assured me I would be in good hands and Jay would be my CRNA. Dr. Lobos, was kind and professional and explained my case to my husband, and to me once the anesthesia wore off. lastly, cant forget the sweetest check in secretary Ms. Jackson, very efficient and friendly. Once in outpt, Lynn met me with a smile and walked me to my room to proceed with surg prep. Everything was clean and smelled fresh! It was a great outpatient surgical experience.

The rescue squad took my husband over to your ED with chest pressure with a history of heart attack in 2015. Upon arrival he triaged & sent to the waiting room area until around 5:00. We started to leave at one point but I encouraged him to stay. The waiting room should have some restrictions, number of people with patients, no use of speaker phones. He was treated well by the staff once he got into ED. The staff on the floor was great for his overnight stay.

Let me tell you I had the opportunity to visit this facility on 12/18/2025 due to my relative having surgery. My overall experience was unbelievable. I was totally amazed at how friendly everyone was. It was unreal. People didn't mind giving us directions, helping us find a good place to eat, whatever we needed, you all answered the call. The atmosphere was so pleasant, I wasn't afraid to leave my relative cause I honestly believe he was in GOOD hands. Even the ladies at the restaurant were above and beyond friendly. I commend each and everyone one of you whose path I crossed today. This is truly an atmosphere to help people heal and feel better. I close by saying this was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a hospital. Please keep doing what you're doing!!!☺️
