If you care about patient care and quality, look no further. Dr. Massie and the team all took the time to work with my kiddos and made them feel comfortable. You can tell from the way they speak to kids that they are passionate and are operating in the best interest for them. The waiting room is bright and engaging for kids of all ages. The person at the front desk was very informative and kind. She answered questions I was beginning to form. I look forward to bringing my kids back for their next cleaning. Today was our first visit to Eastown Pediatric Dentistry. We brought in our beautiful 11 year old boy who has autism. He is non-verbal and does not willingly submit to examination of any kind. Dr. Jessica and all of her crew were amazing with him! We were blown away at how much time and understanding we received from all of them. We felt comfortable even though our big guy was not cooperating at all. These truly amazing professionals just went with the flow, and patiently worked with us to get the exam and cleaning done. This is the place to go for pediatric dentistry - especially if you have a child with special needs. They are willing and able to do whatever it takes. We are so grateful to know we can look forward to years of getting our boy’s dental work done at Eastown Pediatric Denti

All my girls ages 2-9 love Dr Massie and crew. She is so kind, brilliant and gentle. We come early to play with the toys too 🤗 Still relatively easy to get into because it’s new, but won’t be the case for long! Call you won’t regret it.

Love this dentist office!! Dr. Massie has been wonderful to work with throughout my son’s dental journey and they have been so patient and caring with him during each visit. Today, I had an unexpected frustrating experience with insurance/billing and they were still very caring and understanding through it all. I couldn’t ask for a more attentive and supportive team of professionals.

This place is great! I took my apprehensive three-year-old in today and the office is perfect for kids, lots of toys and games for them to play while waiting. My son did not want to get into the chair, but Kaitlyn was so patient and did an amazing job letting him know what to expect and making it fun. Dr. Jessica Massie is wonderful with kids and did a thorough exam. My son is asking if we can go back tomorrow:)
