If I could go lower than 1 star I certainly would. I have a fearful and anxious pup so I expected challenges when boarding. Was told they would follow the instructions we left and that they would take it slow. We even dropped off a day prior to our trip so that way if there were any problems we could make other arrangements. 30 minutes before my scheduled flight the following day I get a call to pickup my dog. After listening to the story from the kennel tech I gathered she was inexperienced and deliberately ignored the instructions provided. As well as when I arrived realized there may be physical limitations as well. Upon inspection of the condition my dog was left in I was horrified. Dr Emily Huetten does go above and beyond for her patients. If you are looking for an animal hospital you will not go wrong going to East West Veterinary Care Center. They cared for my dog when he had a medical need for boarding. I had another dog with major tummy issues - again they cared for him. When my kitty was super sick…they did everything to keep him alive like he was their own. I honestly could go on…everything positive. Today with two dogs and one kitten (thinks he is a dog) every thing is done to care for them. Thank You to the team at East West for everything they do.

The vet and staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so caring, thorough, and professional. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my pet felt comfortable the entire visit. The care my pet received was excellent, and the price was very reasonable, such a great value for the quality of service. I was so impressed that I’ll be moving all my pets over to this vet from now on. Highly recommend!

We took our dog there and could not be happier with the service and compassion that was received. The team from the front of the office to the vet was very professional. The follow-up was very sweet and appreciated. A top shelf vet for sure.

It's been years since I lost my cat Gus. Never thought I'd own a cat, but took in a stray who really had me re-think everything I thought I knew about cats; best pet ever. Now about Dr. Emily... man, she was so patient and knowledgeable, she took her time and it was so obvious that she genuinely loved her job and loved my cat. I saw her interacting with her staff (who were equally amazing) and with other patients and their humans... just a genuinely amazing vet/doctor.
