My 15-year-old son was in terrible pain, and when we went to Dr. Rammbaran’s office twice for help, they refused to treat him and told us to find another dentist. The staff and doctor were rude and dismissive. No child should ever be turned away when they’re suffering. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this office to any parent.

I was able to make an appointment within a few weeks of calling. The staff was kind and caring. The dentist explained to me what he was doing and what I must do. Overall I was charmed by the experience and got the help I needed. From my perspective, one can’t ask for more than what this dental office provided. Thanks

Do not recommend!! Two times I came in with the same problem explaining I can’t chew on one side both times he did not help me or even try to. Assistant is rough and not friendly or helpful. He told me reception would make me an appointment somewhere else and she did not. I am extremely disappointed and now have to look for another dentist.

Horrible place. Be prepared to not ask Dr. Rambarran any questions during your procedure. Simply after asking him 1 question about what he was going to do in MY mouth, he gave me an attitude and after I confronted him about it he told me that he has other patients to tend to. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment by the way so I was very confused why I wasn’t valued as the others. Rude hygienist as well who doesn’t know how to greet you and rolls her eyes when you ask questions. I can tell she has some things going on at home just by how bitter she is. I also heard her talking about me to her coworker on my way out which was so unprofessional which I did make known. Overall 0/10 I wouldn’t come here again. I would like to thank Dr. Rambarran and his staff @ East Main St Dental. I needed an emergency tooth extraction due to being in severe pain. At first I was told that only an oral surgeon was able to do the extraction because it was a wisdom tooth. I called a couple places and the earliest appointment I was going to get an appointment for the extraction was 6 months. I called back the office and let them know and due to the severity of pain I was in Dr. Rambarran scheduled me to come in that day for an xray of the tooth and set an appointment for the next business day to perform the extraction. Dr. Rambarran and his assistant were very quick and thorough with the extraction of the tooth and made sure I was ok throughout the entire extraction. There was a slight mishap during the extraction
