this doctor’s office is the first pediatric care I’ve had for my children that every time I go in there they make me feel like we are a patient not a number the front office girls, Loretta, Audrey and ANAYAH Always go above and beyond beyond to make sure that everything we needed is taken care of. Every doctor we’ve ever seen there listens to what Symptoms my children have and don’t just brush them off. A big advocate that I’m not in my children’s body and they need to speak and tell the doctor how they feel in every doctor actually listens to them instead of just speaking to me. Dr Tensler is the best pediatrician i have ever encountered and finding him was what my son actually needed with his disability. I went to pick up forms, and the process was quick. I want to give a special shoutout because I went on 8/13 around 4, and all 3 girls were very pleasant. This was the first office I've seen with a scavenger hunt for the kids!! 8)

Visit on Sat 7/19 was the best service. No long wait time, & the doctor we saw (Dr. Tentler) was very helpful. Front desk Anayah was super kind and offered my anxious toddler a coloring sheet. Nurse was also amazing with the vaccine. Will be coming back to this office.

I have a 2.5 year old, and a newborn and I will never see another Dr other than Dr Felds. She is amazing, straight forward, and so kind. Then Gianna the nurse, she remembers everything from visit to visit, is so kind, so knowledgeable and is the best. The two of them are a dynamic duo. Front desk girls are also really nice! Wait time while there has significantly gone down from when they first opened.

Nursing staff is great, Dr. Tique is very nice, however it’s impossible to get an appointment with the same doctor which we decided we didn’t want to do anymore. Went to change offices (mind you our little one is only 4 months old so only had about 5 visits) and we were told it would take A MONTH for records to be sent to the new office which needs records for next weeks appointment. I work in the medical field, over an hour to send records is too long, but saying it will take over a month and “oh they definitely won’t be there by Tuesday” is pitiful.
