Unity Pharmacy

After needing to seek a new pharmacy because of an insurance change and medication costs increase, I called them for some guidance and information. The pharmacy tech was so pleasant, kind and helpful. Upon having my prescription sent to them, to pick up and meeting them, I had to express my gratitude. I had called a different pharmacy prior, to ask for help and the man at that pharmacy (Raan Pharmacy) was so completely rude. This pharmacy is NOT that. They are so nice. Kindness is so simple and much needed these days. I can say that Unity comes highly recommended. I’ll travel a little out of my way for that.

Never had a problem with the pharmacy since they opened ages ago. Convenient as it is right in same building as medical practice. Prescriptions filled quickly and questions answered. I do wish they offered delivery service.

They are fantastic. 2 medications that walmart(which very snottily told me they wont have my medication for weeks! Maybe months! Due to back order) they would have charged me $70. Unity only charged me $25 and worked hard to make sure I had my medication that could cause seizures if i didnt have it. I tell all my friends about Unity pharmacy now. Thank you for treating me kindly and working hard for me Unity pharamcy!!

The staff is incompetent and extremely unprofessional.. A Bay Family Medicine patient was treated poorly with a WRITTEN Rx for a medication. Staff assumed it was bogus and never took the time to call our office to verify. Ironically we are down the road 2 blocks from Unity.... The doctor was not pleased to say the least... avoid this place...
