Island Shore Physical Therapy

The place is ran by weirdos who don't stop talking and wandering around instead of getting people out of the place. Horrible experiences every time especially with the middle aged blonde woman Nicole i believe her name is, she is DISGUSTING! I don't understand how these people have these jobs when they are on the phones in front of people, half asleep, not even doing their jobs, or straight up IGNORING PEOPLE AND HELPING WHO THEY CHOOSE! There's a select few who take their job seriously there and are very nice, but every other worker including that owner/boss whoever he is that just comes around to blatantly start staring at women are horrible!!!

Island Shore Physical Therapy exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping patients recover and regain strength. My therapist took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment plan, and adjust it as needed to ensure the best results. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a calm, encouraging atmosphere that makes each visit something to look forward to. Thanks to their expert care and support, I’ve made tremendous progress and feel stronger and more confident than I have in months. I’m truly grateful for the team at Island Shore and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

After ignoring my shoulder pain for almost 6 months I found myself in this office. I walked in without a diagnosis (insurance denied our request for an MRI). I am still amazed at how fast Eric was able to heal me. I have been pain FREE for almost 8 months. When I feel my shoulder acting up I do the exercises/stretches that Eric taught me and within a day I am feeling great again. I am so thankful for the care I was given. Eric is knowledgeable, professional, and one of the best physical therapists I have worked with. Highly recommend!!

I recently was under the care of Doctor James L. Marzec. I was treated for a frozen shoulder ( adhesions capsulitis). I cannot s as y enough to describe how wonderful he and his staff are. As soon as you enter office, you are greeted with a smiling face. I must praise them a for their professionalism and punctuality . I never had a long wait. I saw both Dennis his PA and Dr. Marzec, each fid a wonder job recognizing my problem. They didn’t go straight to surgery. They first tried less invasive measures such as PT. They moo ok motored my progress closely s as me when it was decided I would need manual manipulation under anesthesia, the procedure was explained so I could understand easily. Follow up care was a continuation of quality care and professionalism. I would recommend their off

I was doubtful when going to physical therapy for my shoulder, but Chris helped me beyond what I ever thought! I did have surgery, but that would not have been possible without his help getting my shoulder in better shape. Now 4 months later I’m doing incredible with my recovery. The staff and office are amazing in helping anyway they can. Everyone there makes the experience in recovery pleasant.
