East Hawaii Health - Pharmacy

Amazing staff who you can tell genuinely care for and respect their customers. I don’t regularly fill prescriptions at this pharmacy, but a maintenance medication I take was out of stock literally everywhere in and around Hilo recently. It was pretty disheartening calling around and every pharmacy I checked before East Hawaii Health provided poor quality customer service. You know when people act as if they can’t be bothered with looking up their prescription inventory (ie, doing their job! Hm?). When I called East Hawaii Health Pharmacy, Sydney helped me immediately and with a warm attitude. Her kindness and pharmaceutical proficiency were such a pleasant and welcomed surprise, something I didn’t realize I missed about employees who work in customer service, it was awesome!
