The staff at Eartronics are friendly and professional. Dr. Hooper spent time instructing how to use my new hearings aids and making sure I was comfortable with them before I left. In the past, the past they have always been available if a problem occurred. Very pleased.

Dr. Hooper is amazing! He fitted my 94yr old mother with her new rechargeable hearing aids. He made sure she was hearing well before we left. He always takes his time with his patients and is a gift to all with hearing loss. Thank you Dr. Hooper and to your amazing staff!!!

I’m a musician and I went to EarTronics to get impressions made for some custom in-ear monitors. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I only had to wait a few minutes before being taken back, and the custom molded in-ears fit perfectly using the impressions from EarTronics. Would absolutely recommend!

I was referred only for a hearing test. I have Medicare and Tricare for Life. I refused to give credit card info because my insurance covers this and anything else I would decide to do or not do. As a retired Vet I am very hurt that this doctor makes decisions like he did. He said no info provided for credit, no service. He feel he isn’t thankful for freedoms he has do to veterans. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this organization or doctor.
