I have gone to Megan for massages for years now. The last couple years I have had back issues. This past week I had a really awful accident while lifting weights my back locked up on me while working out. I was in so much pain with limited movement. Luckily I already had a massage on the schedule. I went in knowing it wasn’t a going to be a fluffy or relaxing massage though there were some relaxing components. She worked every connecting tissue. I will tell you the day after our massage I went from feeling about 50% mobility to 85% mobility she always gives me stretches to do and is so knowledgeable. Sometimes she incorporates, cupping or scraping Depending on what my body needs. Megan is the best and I won’t go to anyone else.

Megan is the best. I work out 6 days/week - lifting & crossfit - and she's amazing at getting out my knots and pains and teaching me techniques to keep them from coming back. She was recommended to me by one of my coaches, and I've been going to her for several years with great results. My husband started going to Megan also and she was able to relieve shoulder issues that no other massage therapist had been able to work through.

Megan is so much more than your average massage therapist! She has in-depth knowledge on anatomy, fitness, and nutrition. She always asks what I want to address at each session. She gives recommendations on follow on exercises to address any issues. She truly cares about making sure you're able to address any issues and at your best for your lifestyle.
