Michelle has been a Godsend! We began speech therapy for our daughter at a larger speech and occupational therapy provider and were really put off by their style. They focused entirely on what our child could not do instead of what she could and how to make her life better. Michelle has been seeing my 5-yr old for a year, and the difference in my son's speech is night and day. He looks forward to visiting with Michelle every week. My 5 yr old son (4 at the time he started therapy) showed tremendous progress with his speech in the months he worked with Michelle. She was patient, engaging , and extremely detailed in her plan for treatment/progression. It's also very convenient because she comes to your home. And she would give me things to work on with him on the days he didn't have speech. When he started, he was considered to have a severe speech delay. After a few months, he was able to produce sounds that he was never able to . A year later, he is beginning to read on his own and the sounds that were once a struggle are no longer a struggle for him. I definitely recommend using Michelle for speech services.
