This pharmacy genuinely made me feel taken care of. Every interaction was kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to explain things clearly, never made me feel rushed, and were easy to reach whenever I had questions. Even though everything was handled remotely, the care felt very personal. It’s comforting to know there’s a pharmacy that truly prioritizes patients, and I’m so grateful for the support they provided.

I don’t like times I have ordered something and paid an extra $14.95 (edit) for shipping for next day and it never comes. The next day comes days later. What am I paying $14.95 for and it’s expensive and they don’t work with you with maybe other options at a great price. Also some of the staff attitude is very unprofessional. I would just watch out for them.

I have been getting my Rx from Dynamic for the past 5 months now and everything has been great except for the last couple of refills...the problem is with the shipping dept. For some reason the last couple of times there has been a delay of 2 to 3 days before they get prescription shipped out. You guys were doing great...what happened?

Dynamic Rx has been overall super easy to get my meds and the staff working are very helpful and dedicated to getting things taken care of. It can be a process to get a response with the phone system, but if you provide lead time to complete an order they are on top of things.

Excellent service! My doctor sent in a prescription yesterday, I called and they answered right away. Completed the transaction with a friendly associate and I just got a text that it shipped today! I had read reviews of service issues from the past but it looks to me like they have been fixed.
