I’ve been a patient of Dr. Baik for over 3 years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Every visit has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the office itself is calm, clean, and beautifully maintained. It’s the kind of environment that actually makes you feel relaxed about going to the dentist. Dr. Baik is not only highly skilled and professional, but also refreshingly honest and patient focused. At one point, I had other dentists try to push me into getting Invisalign, quoting over $4,000 out of pocket. I went to Dr. Baik for a second opinion, and he took the time to explain why it wasn’t necessary in my case. That kind of integrity is rare, and it immediately earned my trust. Another huge plus

Dr. Baik is very professional and always gives me easy to follow instructions on how to improve my dental hygiene (surprise! I gotta floss). Best dentist I have met in Chicago.

Dr. Baik is an awesome dentist! After going to Dundee Dental, I don't think I could go to another dentist. He is so nice and friendly, and all the workers are super kind. Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. Dr. Baik is professional and gentle. If you're like me, a trip to the dentist is something you have dreaded in the past. Try this office and you'll be relieved, surprised, perhaps even delighted.

Horrible. I've been going to this dentist for locational convenience for some time. I have health insurance through my university (prestigious one with very good healthcare) which is a medical plan but specifically includes wisdom tooth extraction under coverage. When I went to the office for my extraction appointment, a secretary-looking person popped up out of nowhere to tell me that I can't go in there because even though my insurance covers wisdom tooth extraction, the office only has dental form and so that I had to pay out of pocket to remove my tooth. I was just flabbergasted that she would even say that because it was so rude. the receptionist was also just stunned that she popped out of nowhere. Also I had this appt in schedule for months.
