Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care

I had a wonderful experience at Midwest Clinic in Northbrook. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I especially want to recognize Tania Coyoc — she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She explained everything very clearly, made sure all my questions were answered, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Her helpfulness and positive attitude truly stood out. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend Midwest Clinic, especially if you have the chance to work with Tania.

10/10 experience. Meredith Freeman was incredibly gentle, patient, and extremely professional throughout the entire visit. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, and truly cares about her patients. Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had!

Meredith, LaTora and Abigail all put me at ease right away. They're excellent listeners, warm, and thorough. This is the only urgent/convenient care I'll use, 11/10 every time.

I know better than to go to midwest express. Any of them. The people were kind but the process is horrendous. They take you in fairly quickly, did the strep test (results take 12 minutes less) but then put you in an exam room no windows, no circulating air and leave you there for an hour +. When you open the door because you’re starting to have a panic attack since you’re claustrophobic, they tell you the door has to remain closed. This is the 3rd time this has happened , 2 different clinical shame on me for thinking it may have gotten better. It was just a very convenient location for today.
