Children's Healthcare Associates

I started with Children's Healthcare Assoicates in their Chicago location with Dr. Lyon's who was incredible! When we moved to the suburbs four years ago, we switched to Dr. Shapiro as she was in the Northbrook office far more often and we couldn't be happier. We can ALWAYS get in to see someone when we need to, they always will call me back quickly to answer any questions I may have and we have been so happy with all the providers we have seen when Dr. Shapiro is not avaialbe. We have sent six new families to see Dr. Shapiro when they had their babies and all of them are also CRAZY about her. We are so grateful for the care team they provide!

I love the staff and doctors at CHA! We started going to this practice in the city and transitioned to the Northbrook office after moving. The team is very responsive to responding to non-urgent questions in the app, making emergency appointments same day, and helping us feel at ease as we navigate new parenthood.

Both my children have their pediatricians here. I can always get an appointment, the staff is incredibly warm and friendly and the doctors/nurses all work together seamlessly to provide consistent care. The doctors also have great connections to some of the finest pediatric specialists at Luries, which has been proven so helpful to our family.

Everyone is so kind and patient. We absolutely love taking our kids here and they love coming here. Dr. Shapiro is absolutely fantastic - She is kind, patient and understanding. The other physicians in the office are also wonderful! Highly recommend!!

It was not a hard choice for me to find a pediatricians office when I had my son. I knew Children's Healthcare had the best of the best doctors there because this is where I went when I was a baby until I was 18. My son actually had the same doctor that I had growing up for the first two years of his life. I was very sad to see her retire but not worried about finding a new doctor within the practice. We have been seeing Dr. Waterman for the last 3 years and now she sees my baby girl. She is so helpful and personable. She is very knowledgable and listens to all the questions that you can come up with. The new office expansion is great. It allows for extra rooms and they have enough toys and books in the waiting room that we actually stay after our appointments to play. But we are never wai
